Terms of Service
Effective as of 12 October 2026
1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the askdata.sk website and the AskData software service (the “Service”), which is operated by RBH Technology s. r. o., with its registered office at Kapušianska 9, 821 02 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO) 54435773, Tax ID (DIČ) 2121662257, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2121662257 (the “Provider”). Contact: hello@askdata.sk.
We provide the Service to businesses and organizations (B2B). The specific scope, price and service level are agreed in an individual contract or order, which takes precedence over these terms.
2. Description of the Service
AskData is an analytics platform that lets you ask questions about the client’s operational data in natural language and receive answers with numbers, charts and dashboards. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies; the client is responsible for verifying the results before making important decisions.
3. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by the Provider or by the client’s administrator. Access credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
- The client is responsible for the activity of users under its accounts and will notify the Provider without undue delay of any suspected misuse.
- The Provider may suspend access if these terms are breached or if security is at risk.
4. Client data
- Data that the client connects to the Service remains the client’s property. The Provider accesses it in read-only mode and solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Where the data contains personal data, the Provider acts as a processor under a separate data processing agreement.
- Client data is not used to train language models.
5. Acceptable use
The client must not use the Service in breach of the law and, in particular, must not:
- circumvent security measures, test for vulnerabilities without permission or overload the infrastructure,
- connect data that it has no legal basis to process,
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service without written consent.
6. Price and payment
Price and payment terms are governed by an individual offer or contract. The demo is free of charge and non-binding.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. The features of the Service may evolve and change.
8. Liability
The Provider is not liable for lost profit or indirect damage, or for decisions made on the basis of the Service’s outputs. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
9. Termination
The contract may be terminated in accordance with its provisions. After termination, the Provider will, at the client’s request, delete or return the client’s data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires it to be retained.
10. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
11. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. The Provider may reasonably amend these terms and will inform clients in advance of any material changes.
