Marketing (with consent)
We load the LinkedIn Insight Tag only on public pages and only after you consent. It is never loaded in the client area of the application (chat, dashboard, administration, settings, sign-in).

Analytics (with consent)
We load PostHog only after you consent to analytics cookies. It processes data in the European Union. On public pages we measure page views, exits, clicks and Web Vitals; session recordings have form fields masked. In the client area (chat, dashboard, administration, settings, sign-in) we switch off session recording and automatic click capture, and we do not send question text, email addresses or patient data.
